Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard shipping with delivery in 5-7 business days. Flat rate $5.99 for all domestic orders. Free shipping on orders $100 and up. Other Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking All orders include tracking information sent to your email address. You can monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.

Shipping Carriers We partner with trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS to ensure your products arrive safely.

Pre-orders When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment at checkout.
You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
